I think companies dont have enough time and budget to take freshers, as certainly some training on job is needed. even guys from top bschools (who have work-experience) have seperately designed management training programs.
Scenerio for freshers can only change if the companies start looking at them as a valuable resource. I personally believe irrespective of the work experience, every individual is a resource in itself very valuable. Companies has to be creative enough to find it out.

I think the big company dont have time for doing the training & knowledge for the freshers but compnies take freshers from the college by the campus placement. I thin there is one more thing of that it is freshers want to grow in their career very fastly, so they start switching the job very frequently.

because of recession period they don't want to entertain the fresher. if recession period is finished off then may be they will entertain to fresher. at last they don't want to waste the time on fresher. its all matter about productivity.
