The candidate would be involved in the conceptualization & Execution of events.
Handling the entire gamut of events Operations.
Responsible for planning(production), Execution, Media Planning & Logistics, stagecraft, Creative production, events budgeting, profitability of the events, Supervising, Guiding & Mentoring the team, vendor/venue management & development i.e. identifying new vendors & venues.
Vendor Management, Effective liaison for permissions, licenses.
Preparing detailed proposals for events with respect to time-lines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets, Ensuring execution of Production jobs.
Post Event Evaluation, creativity with a marketing bent of mind.
