Conduct rigorous analysis that will help change the business

Balance analytic rigor with the needs of the business

Be able to effectively communicate the results and insights of the analyses to his business partners and management team

Apply quantitative methods including regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, time series analysis, forecasting, and simulation techniques

Develop predictive models to support direct marketing campaigns for catalog, direct mail, and email marketing

Validate models prior to implementation and evaluate model performance after implementation

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to meet deadlines and effectively set expectations

Advanced degree (MS or PhD.) in a quantitative discipline such as statistics or economics

A minimum of 2 years experience developing predictive models, preferably in a direct marketing environment

Experience with a broad range of analytical processes, including regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, segmentation, time series analysis, and forecasting

Strong SAS and SQL skills
Experience working with large datasets
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
