Manager- Marketing (Effipay) for Cross Domain Solutions

Ability to lead and manage projects independently with flexibility and a sense of urgency
PC literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
This position will serve as a member of management of Crossdomain with direct and complete responsibility of one or more projects
Build and implement a direct marketing strategy specific to the different products/ service lines including advertising and PR
Build strategies to create each service line/product offering as independent profit centers
Plan and implement sales and customer retention and development
Drive data analysis to support marketing budget decisions Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the Management, sales and marketing departments
Create and manage marketing calendar for the sales team, pre and post product launch
Develop sales forecasts; draw up marketing budget, advertising and promotional programs and pricing strategies
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, provide relevant reports and information
Demonstrate initiative for refinement of existing product concepts for new product developments Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements
Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems
Effectively communicate between Creative, Technology and Sales teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in evaluating, planning, testing, and implementation and follow up activities
Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop the company`s brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management to facilitate development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Train self to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
Preferably a Masters degree in Business Administration, with Marketing as Electives (IIM/XLRI a plus) and strong academic achievements
