The incumbent has to conceptualize, architect and deliver analytics products and solutions for the Indian financial services space
Bring thought leadership from the perspective of business needs of the Indian market segments and understand how to leverage the strength of our US analytics products
Be responsible for requirements discovery and solution building
Superior understanding of how to conceptualize, build and test and renew models for business predictive analytics
Be responsible for analytics solutions for retail loans with special focus on mortgage loans (example default, prepayment prediction, property price index, collateral valuation models etc.)
Have the maturity to independently interface with the client side for requirements definition, solution enhancements and testing
Guide junior member, contribute pro-actively to analytics process improvement and knowledge management initiatives
Modeling experience would be an added advantage
