Key Accounts Manager for Elbee
Elbee Express Limited, Chennai 4–7 YrsThe incumbent shouid provide a single point interface for Elbee product and service offerings
Develop strategies for revenue generation and retention of Key customers
Penetrate new accounts, convert competition revenues and retain market share in the key accounts
Work closely with the pre- sales team to Identify, develop and customize the service offerings
Achieve targets by managing existing business revenues and generate new avenues for revenue growth
Build and maintain good relations through regular interface with all identified customers
Work closely with the operation and customer service teams to achieve SLA performances and to resolve customer queries
Advise management on key functional and delivery capabilities that need to be built to meet the changing landscape of customer need
Provide regular market Intelligence through competition tracking and market analysis
Collect account receivable
Age: 28-35
Prior corporate sales experience is essential
Proven track record in achieving sales revenue targets
Should exhibit high level or customer orientation and sensitivity
Capable of building and maintaining relationship with customers
Capable of making effective presentations
